This week on Cooking Manager. Com, I posted a recipe for Stuffed Cabbage. I also described my cooking schedule for my son’s bar mitzvah meals, and put up a new permanent page with links to all of the bar mitzvah posts. I hope it will be helpful for anyone planning to cook for a crowd.
My posts appeared in two carnivals this week:
- Batya hosted the Kosher Cooking Carnival, Grand Slam Edition. Prettiest recipe goes to Pesky Settler and her Tie-Dyed Cheesecake.
- The October Fest Carnival of SuperFoods: Beans and Legumes appeared at Kitchen Stewardship. Katie put a form into the post so that bloggers can leave their links and have their posts immediately appear. This saves the carnival host a lot of work collecting posts and editing them, although the host still has to do the publicity. Anyway, it’s not too late to add your own recipe. At least I don’t think so.
After recovering from the holidays — my husband and kids will be on vacation next week— I plan to go back to my series on appliances. I still have a lot to say about how we use dishwashers, refrigerators, and even faucets. And some posts have been brewing in my head on safe ways of storing food. So be sure to subscribe below so you don’t miss the fun. 🙂
Thanks for pointing out the October Fest carnival! 🙂 Katie
